Acceptance of a booking and by paying the deposit is an acknowledgment and agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
Rules for the resort are available at check-in, please read them. The tariff is based on the number and type of guests for the specified time and duration. Any changes thereto may change the tariff.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure and confirm your reservation, with the balance payable 28 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is for one night only, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
If your booking is within the 28 day period, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Once you have confirmed your booking by paying your deposit you understand that you have agreed in full to these terms and conditions.
The Ningaloo Caravan and Holiday Park will be offering the option to change the date of your booking once without a fee up to 28 days prior to arrival. Any difference in booking value due to a date change will need to be paid. This excludes all Easter/ July/ October peak school holiday periods.
We accept cash (security bond required), EFTPOS, MasterCard, and VISA. We do not pass on transaction fees if you pay by Mastercard and VISA.
All prices are in AU$ and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.

Pets are welcome in the camping and caravan sites, in accordance with guidelines that ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Pets are subject to management approval. No pets are allowed in or around any accommodation areas such as the chalets.
We reserve the right to relocate or change the booked room/cabin/site number, prior to, or on arrival.
Cancellation policy (forms part of the terms and conditions)
Refunds are only given to bookings in full that are unable to attend due to government restrictions. Customers that are still within the cancellation period of 28 days and who wish to cancel their booking, will be refunded the amount paid minus a night’s tariff cancellation fee.
No refunds are available from 28 days prior to arrival.
Sorry – no refunds for no shows, late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather. No refunds for guests ejected from the park for contravening park rules. Charges may apply for any damage caused.

We suggest you obtain appropriate travel insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances during your stay and your journey (e.g. road and weather conditions, accidents and injury).
We reserve the right to change tariffs at any time without notice.
You acknowledge and agree that we cannot guarantee the availability of a site / accommodation on a date which is 9 months or more after the date on which you make your booking.
