Terms and conditions
Acceptance of a booking and by paying the deposit is an acknowledgment and agreement to the Terms and Conditions of the Ningaloo Caravan and Holiday Park (The Park).
Rules for the resort are available on our website or at the Parks reception, 1112 Murat Road, Exmouth. Please review the Park Rules at check-in to ensure you understand your obligations while staying at the Park.
Please note, only one vehicle is permitted on each site.
The rate charged is based on the information you have provided regarding accommodation type, number of guests and duration of stay. Any changes made may change the rate charged.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation with the balance payable 28 days prior to arrival.
If your reservation is for one night only, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
If your booking is within 28 days of your stay, the full amount is also payable at the time of booking.
Once you have confirmed your booking by paying your deposit you accept you have read and agreed in full to the Parks Terms and Conditions.
You may change the date and details of your reservation once without incurring a fee if the change is made at least 28 days prior to your arrival.
Where applicable, any differences in the rates charged due to changes to your reservation will need to be paid at the time of changing the reservation.
Methods of payment
The Park accepts the following methods of payment for reservations and security bonds;

Pets are welcome in the camping and caravan sites subject to Park Management approval. Pets must be controlled in accordance with guidelines specified by Park Management that ensures the safety and comfort of all guests.
No pets are allowed in or around any accommodation buildings such as the chalets.
Where guest reservations include pets, we reserve the right to relocate or change the booked camping and caravan site, prior to, or at arrival time.
Guests cancelling their reservation 28 days or more of the arrival date – are entitled to a full refund less one nights accommodation rate.
Guests cancelling their reservation less than 28 days of the arrival date – Refunds are not available.
We wish to advise that no refunds are available for no shows, late arrivals, early departures or weather. Refunds are also not available for guests ejected from the park for contravening Park Rules. Where guests cause direct or indirect damage, the Park may recover costs from guests.
Please note: Management reserves the right to relocate or change the booked room/cabin/site number, prior to, or on arrival.
We recommend guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events during your stay. (For example – road closures due to Exmouth’s exposure to cyclones and flooding, other weather conditions, accidents and injury).
We reserve the right to change rates at any time but if we do so, we will contact you at least 30 days prior to your booking and give you the opportunity to accept the new terms or to cancel the booking. If you wish to cancel your booking, our standard Cancellation Policy will apply (Note: the condition of ‘withholding a night’s rate’ will not apply where we have elected to increase a rate).
